We are thrilled to announce the SFISSA Hack the Flag (HTF) 2024 Conference, the premier security event in the Southeast, bringing together technologists and security professionals for a day filled with competition, engaging sessions, and unparalleled networking opportunities.
ABOUT THE CAPTURE THE FLAG COMPETITION
This event is a friendly yet competitive environment where participants can test their skills, learn from peers, and network with industry professionals.
OBJECTIVES
- Enhance Skills: Participants will tackle a series of challenges designed to test their knowledge in various areas of cybersecurity, including network security, cryptography, web vulnerabilities, and forensics.
Promote Collaboration: Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing among professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise levels. - Foster Community: Build stronger connections within the local infosec community through networking opportunities and collaborative problem-solving.
CHALLANGE CATEGORIES
- Web Application Security: Exploit vulnerabilities in web applications to gain access and retrieve the flag.
- Network Security: Intercept and analyze network traffic to find security flaws.
- Forensics: Investigate digital artifacts to uncover hidden information.
