South Florida’s September 2014 meeting will be on Thursday, September 18th, 2014 at Nova Southeastern University. The meeting will take place in the Carl DeSantis Building from 5:30pm – 7:30pm, followed by their usual networking hour.
Abstract:
We will be providing an interesting perspective on Data Security Threats, with a focus on what and who are the threats to data, understanding data breach playbooks, and basic data security considerations.
Bio:
George Mills has 30 years in IT Sales and Consulting, and 15 years in the area of IT Security and Data Security. Real world observations and experience on the good, bad and ugly of enterprise data security programs – customers include Wal-mart, Coke, Fiserv, FISGlobal, Norwegian Cruise Lines, BB&T, JM Family Enterprises, ADT and TYCO and in Latin America.
