On Wednesday, May 7, SFISSA was proud to support and exhibit as a community sponsor at Secure Miami 2025, held at Florida International University’s Modesto Maidique Campus. This full-day gathering brought together cybersecurity professionals from across the region for a meaningful mix of learning, networking, and professional growth.
Our table served as a friendly touchpoint for attendees to learn about SFISSA’s mission, upcoming events, and ways to get involved in the local infosec scene. We had great conversations with industry peers, new faces, and longtime members of the community.
Highlights from the day included talks from Rob Joyce, former NSA Cyber Director, and Richard Stiennon, Chief Research Analyst at IT-Harvest. Attendees also took advantage of expert-led panels and plenty of CPE credits, making the day valuable for professionals at every stage of their journey.
